Everyone learns better when they have something in front of them to reference. And, if they don't have to scribble down notes, they can spend more time listening to the instructor or trying it out on their workstation.
Applied Office provides a variety of training materials to maximize its classes. These aides include:
- Workbook: covering entire applications (200-400 pages)
- Lecture Notes: covering a smaller class or course segment (2-20 pages)
- Quick Reference Card: two-pages in full color on card stock Download Free Here
- CD-ROM: used to aide lessons and provide participants with a working reference
- Certificate of Attendance: recognize their time and effort
Usually, materials are provided as needed for a small additional cost. For larger contracts, PDF masters are made available to clients so they may skip printing costs and make the document electronically available to their employees on their intranet.

Not everyone needs materials, and that's fine. All materials are optional. And if you want a master copy to do your own printing, just ask!
