Join David in the celebration of his fifth year of business, coinciding with the launch of Microsoft Office 2010 and recently launched Windows 7.
Starting at 2pm, a variety of sessions will help you learn more about Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010, social networking, digital media, and more... all for free!
Intended for business owners, technology professionals and consultants, and casual home users, everyone will find something of value at this anniversary event. This is a family-friendly event, so bring your children too! They'll love the World of Wonders Science Museum (admission is free during this event).
Come and go as you please. Doors open at 2, and the party ends at 9.
What this is All About
David started Applied Office in 2005, offering on-site training, web
development, and custom design and programming to his clients. In five
years, David has:
- Provided free service to 25 local non-profit organizations
- Developed over 30 Microsoft Access databases
- Designed marketing materials, slideshows, and templates for more than 50 local businesses
- Launched more than 40 websites for a variety of businesses and organizations
- Trained thousands of employees spanning over 100 local, state, and national businesses, government agencies, and non-profit organizations

Windows 7: Find out what you're missing and
learn all the new features, tips, and tricks that can save you
valuable time and make using your computer a little more fun.
Thirty minutes, at 2:00 and 7:00. - Office 2010 Sneak Preview: Check out the upcoming release and be one of the first to see the exciting new features, tricks and cost savings in Office 2010. Thirty minutes, at 2:45 and 6:30.
- Excel 2007 Power Tips: It's time for a review on tips that will help you get the most of Excel. Thirty minutes, at 4:15.
- Social Networking for Businesses: Ready to get your business on Facebook and Twitter? This class will teach you everything you need to know about it, and answer all your questions. Thirty minutes, at 3:30.
- Digital Media Q&A: Find out just how easy it really is to create a photo album and burn it to a DVD using Windows Vista or Windows 7. Make and edit movies, or just sit back and watch them using Media Center. Questions? Bring them with you! Thirty minutes, at 5:00.
- Spring Cleaning Computer Tips: Backing up is just one of many ways to make sure your computer is healthy. Get all the tips and ask your questions. Thirty minutes, at 7:45.
- Special Recognition: Applied Office will be recognized by the Lodi Chamber of Commerce and the City of Lodi for its fifth anniversary. Ceremony begins at 6:00.
