Dear Readers,

With the year wrapping up and everyone's minds thinking about turkey and end-of-year goals, I've kept November's issue of Applied Tips brief with a handful of shorter articles.

In Word I demonstrate how to add page numbers and line numbers to your documents in just a few clicks.  In Excel I show an easy way to insert simple diagrams like org charts and pyramids to your spreadsheet.  In PowerPoint I start a two-part article on broadcasting your presentation online, and in Access I walk through the basic steps of importing data from other applications like Outlook and Excel.

Outlook's article covers a way to identify special emails with priority codes, but also catch the special feature on writing effective emails.
