Participants will learn how to create a good-looking flyer, brochure, or other eye-catching piece without being a professional graphics designer. Participants will also learn how to use and alter templates, create newsletters, and span stories across multiple pages. (Recommended Time: 2 Hours)
intermediate
Participants will learn more advanced formatting and page layout techniques in Microsoft Publisher to create better-looking publications. Special focus will be placed on tiling the same piece multiple times on a page, using Publisher to mail merge, and working with commercial printers for the perfect finish. Prior experience with Publisher is required. (Recommended Time: 2 Hours)
